Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

-Relieve management of administrative detail, all projects
-Coordinate work flow
-Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
-Take initiative in manager’s absence
-Keep projects on schedule
-Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines

Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Clerk or Administrative Executive.
-Contract positions available.
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
